Who is Evanescia and How Does She Work?

Evanescia is a Physical damage dealer who relies heavily on her Ultimate and a resource called Certified Banger. Her kit revolves around converting CRIT DMG into Elation points and creating a feedback loop between Energy and Certified Banger stacks. Evanescia gains Elation equal to 25% of her CRIT DMG stat. When she gains Energy, she simultaneously gains Certified Banger, and vice versa.
