Some Exotics You’ll Want to Play with When Void 3.0 Drops

Just in time for the up and coming release of Void 3.0, here are six exotic weapons that players should be excited about.

The “best exotics destiny 2” is a list of exotic weapons and armor that will be released with the release of Destiny 2. The list includes some of the best exotic weapons and armor, which are all currently available in game.

Just rummaging through my archives and generating ideas: Which exotics have a chance to shine in Void 3.0? Some are self-evident (Graviton Forfeit, Nezarack’s Sin, Heart of Inmost Light), but there are a few exotics that might be rather interesting. Of course, we don’t know for sure what the interactions will be. Please offer any further insights in the comments section.

WARLOCK

Helm of Felwinter

• What it does: Melee Kills and Finishers weaken and blind the adversary, preventing them from shooting and doing 30% more damage.

• Voidlocks will get a projectile melee with Pocket Singularity, making it simpler and safer to practice this ability and resulting in a room full of weakened adversaries.

• If your fireteam is based on “void verbs,” killing any of those adversaries should help them.

• Warlocks might consider teaming up with Devour since the first kill will provide health regen, making it simple to keep going against blind, debuffed foes.

• The Echo of Expulsion (when a Void ability kills an enemy, they explode) might also be explosive.

TITAN

Severance Enclosure — Based on Felwinter’s concept.

• What it Does: Elemental explosions focused on the adversary are triggered by Powered Melee and Finisher Kills.
• This exotic is decent, but it’s never been A-tier, in part because Titans only had one projectile Melee (throwing hammers). Titans should be able to create these exotic nuts in Void 3.0.
• A titan may use Shield Toss to fling their melee towards a group of foes, giving them overshield with each hit.
• After the first hit with Offensive Bulwark, the shield hits will deal more damage.
• ANY hit foes will become volatile as a result of Controlled Demolition.

• Enemies dying through shield toss will DOUBLE explode, triggering a chain reaction of explosive explosions.

• Wormgod’s Caress – Similar to the above, except instead of double explosions, you forego them in order to potentially have your shield throw do a ton of direct damage. The number of bounces the shield will have is unknown at this time.

• What it does: Melee Kill grants Burning Fists. Burning Fists gives Bonus Melee Damage for 5 seconds.

• As your shield bounces, it will increase in strength in the following order: 80 percent | 170 percent | 390 percent | 520 percent | 650 percent | 80 percent | 170 percent | 390 percent | 390 percent | 520 percent | 650 percent

• If you want to keep that shield throw up, you’ll need something additional with this setup. I’d go for a high-strength spec and Melee wellmaker.

HUNTER

Bombardiers

• What they do: Dodging will drop a Parting Gift, which will detonate and inflict damage. The parting present “suppresses” void seekers.

• I haven’t used the Parting Gift elemental effects much in the past since most adversaries die too soon for them to be useful. However, killing debuffed opponents with the Stylish Executioner grants invisibility (allowing you to debuff and kill even more more enemies).

• When you’re not running vanishing step, this sounds like a good one to attempt. You already get invisibility on dodge with Vanishing Step, but you’re getting bootleg VS when running other elements.

King of the Rats – I could go on and on about firearms, but this piece is already lengthy enough.
