How to Complete The Pigeon Provides in Destiny 2
Destiny 2’s Pigeon Provides are a fun and challenging activity, but they’re not an easy task to complete. Here are some tips for completing the three Activities: The Lost Prophecy, Eater of Worlds, and Spire Of Stars at their respective difficulties.
The “path of the scribe destiny 2 bugged” is a glitch in Destiny 2 that has been present for a while. Bungie has released an update to fix this issue.
The 2021 Dawning event in Destiny 2 introduces two entirely new tasks. Each one is devoted to wishing our new allies, the Cabal and the Fallen, a happy holiday season.
The latter is being dealt with by The Pigeon Provides. We’ll be dashing about Europa, battling off swarms of Vex monsters, and plunging into the perilous depths of Lost Sectors to… make some pastries.
In all seriousness, The Pigeon Provides and its sibling adventure Rite of Dawning are both a lot of fun and well worth your time.
However, they aren’t worth a lot of effort, which is why I’ve put up a Destiny 2 The Pigeon Provides mission guide. So sit back, make some hot chocolate, and enjoy yourself.
In Destiny 2, how can you complete the Pigeon Provides?
- “The Lost Splicer” must be completed.
- Contact Saint-14 for further information.
- Locate the Eliksni Recipe
- Look for the Swaddled Etherdips ingredients.
- Gather enough Dawning Spirit to pay the Spider for Kelldough.
- Look for more Swaddled Etherdips ingredients.
- Contact Saint-14 for further information.
- In the Eliksni Quarter, distribute the Swaddled Etherdips.
- Contact Saint-14 for further information.
- Eva Levante is the person to contact.
“The Lost Splicer” must be completed.
You must first finish “The Lost Splicer” before beginning this quest. Season 14 – Season of the Splicer’s first task was this one. If you don’t have the Season Pass, don’t worry; you should still be able to finish The Pigeon Provides.
If you’ve previously accomplished that quest, you’ll be requested to talk with Saint-14 and will be transferred to step 2.
Contact Saint-14 for further information.
Visit Saint-14 for a joyous discussion. He’ll say he’s sorry and wishes to include the Eliksni in the Tower’s Dawning ritual. It’s all extremely healthy.
After that, he’ll send you to Europa to find an Eliksni recipe and assign you the task of collecting the necessary components.
Locate the Eliksni Recipe
The Eliksni Recipe may be found in the Eventide Ruins on Europa, near the fast-travel point.
When you spawn in, keep track of the task in your director and follow the on-screen signal. When you locate the recipe, hold down your interact button and The Pigeon Provides will finish this step for you.
Look for the Swaddled Etherdips ingredients.
The meat of The Pigeon Provides quest may be found here. You’ll need the following items for this step:
- 3 Ether Extract (Pure)
- Harpy Eggs (10)
- Glacial Starwort (no. 5)
The chests at the conclusion of Lost Sectors contain Pure Ether Extract. This shouldn’t take long if they’re just ordinary Sectors.
It’s worth noting that my Lost Sectors weren’t resetting when I was farming for them, so I had to load back into the region to repeat them. Keep in mind that you may have the same issue.
Vex Harpies are the source of the 10 Harpy Eggs. Because the drop percentage for these seems to be about 50%, you’ll need to kill approximately 20 Harpies to collect all ten eggs. There are lots of Harpies in Asterion Abyss, so this should just take a few minutes as well.
Glacial Starwort, like the other two components, may be found on Europa. If you’re not sure how to accomplish it, I have a tutorial here that will show you how.
Gather enough Dawning Spirit to pay the Spider for Kelldough.
This was by far the most time-consuming of the quest steps. At the outset of the Dawning, you acquire Dawning Spirit slowly and carefully. I got all 15 Vanguard strikes in around four Vanguard strikes, and I had had a few before I began.
If you don’t want to waste hours on this, I can’t emphasize enough how crucial it is to get last year’s Dawning ship and upgrade package.
Both may be purchased for 200 Legendary Shards and a handful of Glimmer from Eva Levante. When you equip the ship, you get a perk that gives you a chance to get Dawning Spirit every now and then when you get an Oven Ingredient. Don’t undervalue the significance of this. It’s the difference between getting one Dawning Spirit every strike against four or five per strike.
Once you’ve collected all 15, speak with Spider on the Tangled Shore to purchase the Kellsdough.
Look for more Swaddled Etherdips ingredients.
This isn’t quite as horrible as it seems. You only need to collect five Etheric Spiral clusters from the tangled coastline. You’ll be done with this stage in minutes if you follow the instructions in my Glacial Starwort tutorial.

That is, for the most part, all there is to it. You just have a little more busybodying to do after you’ve done collecting your supplies.
Return to the Tower and find Saint-14. The Eliksni sweets will be baked by the two of you together. Here you’ll find a humorous piece of writing, so make sure you read it. Otherwise.
In the Eliksni Quarter, distribute the Swaddled Etherdips.
You must go to the Eliksni Quarter in the H.E.L.M. once you’ve done with Saint.
Interact with 10 distinct Fallen NPCs throughout the Quarter. Don’t be choosy; any ten will suffice. You’re basically playing the role of a Fallen Santa Claus, handing out all of the goodies you’ve spent the previous hour creating.

Yes, it’s time to return to Saint-14. I’m hoping you’re still feeling chatty because he’ll lead you to Eva Levante.
Eva Levante is the person to contact.
The final person you’ll have to speak with is Eva. Simply interact with this location to get your prize, which is a brand new Stasis sword. You’ll also find some very healthy literature here, so please read it for the love of everything.
In all honesty, the quest as a whole is quite nicely written. It’s full of warm and happy festivities, so try to appreciate it instead of stomping and smashing your way through it. I understand your desire for the Zephyr sword, but if you speedrun it, you’ll be losing out.
