In Breaking Bad, Odenkirk played Saul Goodman, a figure who disclosed very little about himself outside of his criminal activities. Better Call Saul demonstrated how many layers of Jimmy McGill, the guy who would later practice law under the alias “Saul Goodman,” could be peeled away. The aim was to demonstrate how Jimmy progressed from an ambitious lawyer attempting to impress his brother to working as the personal counsel to some of Albuquerque’s most known criminals – and how he fit right in.
Despite her absence from Breaking Bad, Rhea Seehorn’s Kim Wexler proved to be a standout on Better Call Saul. Kim has stood by Jimmy through all of the couple’s ups and downs as his best friend (and now wife). Kim, on the other hand, seems to vanish from Jimmy’s life when Breaking Bad starts, leaving her fate as one of the most intriguing mysteries to be addressed in Better Call Saul’s final season.

But what about the rest of the group? Who do we know for sure will appear in the final season? As you can see, the personalities of Odenkirk and Seehorn are featured in the first two photographs. We see Giancarlo Esposito as Gus Fring and Jonathan Banks as Mike Ehrmantraut in the third sneak peek picture from the final season of Better Call Saul. Both characters perished in Breaking Bad, but due to Better Call Saul, their backstories have been considerably extended.
On April 18, 2022, AMC will debut the sixth and final season of Better Call Saul. The final season will be 13 episodes long, rather than the usual 10, to allow the authors more time to wrap up the plot properly. The season is certainly worth seeing, according to Tony Dalton, who portrays Lalo Salamanca, since all hell has broken loose!
